Making a purchase could not be easier. Enter our
shop, browse our catalogue, select any items you wish to purchase
and click on the 'Add to Basket' button.
You will automatically be taken to your 'Basket'
page with the new item placed in. You can change the quantity or
remove items if you wish from here. Click the 'Continue
Shopping' button to go back to the shop and add more items.
Once you have all the items you want to buy, click
the 'Checkout' button at the top. This will show
you an updated basket including a delivery charge if applicable
and start the simple 2 stage checkout process outlined below which
takes around 4 minutes to complete.
- Enter your Address and contact details.
- Choose your payment method and enter your card
details if paying by credit/debit card.
That's it! - all done. You'll then be taken to a
page which is a printable receipt for your purchase, and if you
entered an e-mail address you'll also receive confirmation of your
order there.
We will not charge you for any item until we are
ready to despatch your order.
Alternative Payment Methods
If you prefer not to send your credit/debit card information via
our secure server, simply select 'Card Details Sent Seperately'
as the Payment Method and either send it by fax or post.
If you wish to pay by cheque, select 'Invoice
with Order' as the Payment Method and send a cheque to
the address on our contact page. Where providing payment by any
method other than through our secure server please provide your
name, address, telephone number and order reference with your payment
details or cheque.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is
added.
Secure Server
We take security very seriously which is why we have installed our
own Secure Server providing 128bit encryption and displaying the
familiar 'golden padlock' within the checkout pages.
Your card details are not decrypted until after they reach our computer.
They are not held in clear text on any part of the internet.
